Can I take photographs at X-TRA?

For visual and/or sound recordings of any kind you must request a permit from X-TRA. Enquiries relating to concerts will be sent to the artist management team. Members of the press and professional photographers are requested to obtain accreditation by contacting info@x-tra.ch at least one day before the event. Photography without prior accreditation is prohibited.

Why do I have to show official ID when entering the club?

X-TRA has successfully introduced a general ID check to guarantee the safety of our guests as much as possible.

This has reduced the number of incidents involving violence or theft to a minimum. It also enables us to react quickly and appropriately in case of a medical emergency.

Our ID checks are only partially related to age verification and will also be applied to people who are evidently over the age of 16 or 18.

Official ID includes a passport, an identity card, a residence permit B or C or a driving licence. Only original documents will be accepted because their rightful owner can be identified only on the basis of these documents. SBB general or half-fare season tickets will not be recognised as official ID.
